Return Policy

Overview

At Creativ Union, we stand behind the quality of every item we ship. If you receive damaged, defective, or incorrect merchandise, we will make it right — no questions asked. Please review the policy below before submitting a return request.

Eligibility

Returns are accepted within 5 days of the delivery date. To be eligible, items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition with all tags attached. Items that have been customized, printed, embroidered, or altered in any way are not eligible for return. To begin the return process, email [email protected] with your order number, a written explanation of the issue, and photo proof of the item(s) in question. Our team will review your request and respond within 1–2 business days.

Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive an item that is damaged or defective, contact us within 5 business days of delivery. Please include your order number and clear photos of the defect. We offer store credit at no additional cost to you.

Exchange Policy

We do not offer exchanges. Please ensure you carefully review and select the correct sizes, colors, and items at checkout before completing your purchase. All sales are final once an order has been placed. If you have questions about sizing or product details prior to ordering, contact us at [email protected] and we will be happy to assist.

Order Changes & Cancellations

We cannot alter or change any existing orders once they have been placed. If you need to cancel an order, we can only do so if the order has not yet shipped. To request a cancellation, contact us immediately at [email protected] with your order number. Refunds for canceled orders take 1–10 business days to process back to the original payment method. Please note that in some cases a restocking fee of 30% may apply.

Refund Process

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. Approved refunds are issued as store credit or back to the original payment method within 5–7 business days. Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
